|Bacon rashers||4 , thin|
|Fried bread croutons||4|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
1.Shuck the oysters and trim them accordingly.
2.Discard the rind from bacon and with a knife spread each rasher making it smooth.
3.Keep the oyster in each rasher and roll.
4.Secure the rolls using a skewer.
5.Grill the rolls by turning until bacon is cooked.
6.Serve the rolls on fried bread croute decorated with chopped parsley and lemon butterfly.
