|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2) In a bowl, beat the eggs.
3) Pour in milk and butter slowly and continue beating.
4) Add flour and salt to beat in.
5) In greased muffin tins, pour the batter.
6) Place inside oven to bake for 40 minutes.
7) Slit the sides and return to oven for 10 minutes.
8) Serve the pop overs warm by adding little butter on top.
