Ingredients
  Prepared horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Liquid artificial sweetener 3 Drop
  Hot prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together horseradish, tomato juice, lemon juice, sweetener, butter flavouring, mustard.
2) Taste and adjust the amount of sweetener and mustard.
3) Pour the vegetable mixture in sterilized jars.
4) Allow the relish to cool and seal with sterilized lids.

SERVING
5) Serve as desired.
