|English muffins||2 , halved, toasted and buttered|
|Sweetened rhubarb sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Cooked turkey slice||4|
|Turkey gravy/Cream of chicken soup||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Swiss cheese slice||4|
Lay 1/2 of each muffin on a plate.
Spread with rhubarb sauce; top with turkey; pour gravy over all.
Lay a slice of cheese on top and broil until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with paprika.
