Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth/Bouillon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweetened rhubarb sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Capers 2 Teaspoon, drained
  Caper liquid 1 Teaspoon
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt margarine, stir in flour, and blend in broth.
Add rhubarb sauce and other ingredients.
Simmer a few minutes until smooth and slightly thick; add water if sauce is too thick.
Serve over meat.
