Tostadas De Puerco
|Diced cooked pork||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
|Tostadas||8 (6 Inch)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped romaine lettuce||6 Ounce (4 Cups)|
|Mexican blend shredded cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Salsa||2 Tablespoon (For Serving)|
1. Cook pork in a heavy medium skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crusty, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Spread each tostada with 1 tablespoon sour cream and top with 1/3 cup pork, 1/2 cup lettuce, and 3 tablespoons cheese. Serve with salsa on the side.
