Ingredients
  Diced cooked pork 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Tostadas 8 (6 Inch)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped romaine lettuce 6 Ounce (4 Cups)
  Mexican blend shredded cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salsa 2 Tablespoon (For Serving)
Directions

1. Cook pork in a heavy medium skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crusty, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
2. Spread each tostada with 1 tablespoon sour cream and top with 1/3 cup pork, 1/2 cup lettuce, and 3 tablespoons cheese. Serve with salsa on the side.
