Marinated Cucumbers

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Large
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion 3⁄4
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Slice cucumbers very thin.
Slice onions and separate into rings.
Place cucumbers & onions in bowl.
Combine rest of ingredients and pour over cucumbers & onions.
Chill overnight.
Artificial sweetner can be used instead of sugar.
