Ingredients
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Rolled oats 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  White sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lard/Shortening 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Combine rolled oats, flour, sugar, salt and soda.
Work lard as if for pastry.
Moisten with water.
Roll thin, using rolled oats and flour on board.
Cut into squares, bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
