Sauteed Petits Pois

Ingredients
  Snow peas 7 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash and string snow peas and sprinkle with salt.
Wrap and cook 2 minutes.
Unwrap and put into water with ice cubes to give peas a fresh green color.
Drain and place in a buttered dish.
Cook 30 seconds.
