Easy Angels On Horseback
|Oysters||12 , shelled|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Rindless streaky bacon rashers||12|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Watercress||1 1⁄4 Bunch (125 gm) (1 Large Bunch For Garnish)|
Dip the oysters in the lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and cayenne.
Stretch the bacon with the blade of a knife, then wrap each oyster in a rasher.
Secure with wooden cocktail sticks.
Cook under a preheated hot grill for 5-10 minutes or until the bacon is golden and crisp.
Arrange on a serving platter garnished with watercress, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
