Tuna-Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Potato chips 3 1⁄8 Ounce, crushed (1 Package)
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, flaked (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)
  Cooked sliced mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, blend in flour and pepper, add milk gradually, stir and cook until thickened.
2. Combine 3/4 of potato chip crumbs with fish, mushrooms and sauce.
3. Pour into greased casserole; cover with remaining potato chips.
4. Bake in moderate oven (350°F.) 30 minutes.
