Gooseberry Fool

Ingredients
  Double cream/Whipping cream 1⁄4 Pint
  Thick custard 1⁄4 Pint
  Frozen sweetened gooseberry puree 3⁄4 Pint, thawed
  Edible green coloring 1 Teaspoon
  Grated chocolate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Decoration)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, whisk the cream until it becomes tiff and hold shape
2. In another bowl, fold in the custard and the cream into the gooseberry puree
3. Add a drop or two of the food colouring and give it a pale green shade; chill for some time

SERVING
4. Divide this fool evenluy between four stemmed glasses and sprinkle grated chocolate over it
