|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Cream of tartar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine eggs with enough milk to measure 1 cup; mix well.
Sift flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt and sugar in mixer bowl; mix well.
Add egg mixture, beating in as much air as possible.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto hot buttered griddle.
Bake until brown on both sides.
Serve with whipped cream and strawberry jam.
