Stuffed Cucumbers

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2 Medium
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  French dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Pimiento cheese 6 Tablespoon
  Minced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Wash the cucumbers and cut in halves lengthwise. Remove seeds, leaving troughs in the center of each half. Sprinkle some of the salt into each. Turn the halves upside down to drain.
2. Mix the cream cheese with the onion, paprika and French Dressing. In another bowl mix the pimiento cheese, celery and Worcestershire sauce. Add half the mayonnaise to each mixture and beat smooth.
3. Fill the cream cheese and pimiento cheese mixtures into corresponding halves of the same cucumber. Put the halves together, wrap in waxed paper and chill in the refrigerator.
4. When ready to serve, cut the cucumbers crosswise in 1/2-inch rounds.
