Skillet Cobbler

Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Packaged Type)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned cherry pie filling 21 Ounce (1 Can)
  Grated natural cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream/Milk 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions for biscuits.
Roll 1/2 inch thick, and cut six 3-inch circles.
Melt butter in electric skillet at 250°; add biscuits, turning once to coat both sides.
Cover; close vent.
Bake till browned, about 15 minutes.
Turn and bake, covered, 2 or 3 minutes more.
Stir 1/3 cup water and cinnamon into pie filling; spoon around biscuits.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and heat through, 4 or 5 minutes.
Serve with cream.
