Continental Beef Au Jus

  Beef boneless round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Au jus mix 1 Ounce (1 Package)
  Kaiser rolls/Onion rolls 6 , split and buttered

Place beef on large piece of plastic wrap.
Mix soy sauce, oil, catsup, salt, ginger, oregano and garlic; brush over both sides of beef.
Fold plastic wrap over beef and seal securely.
Refrigerate beef at least 5 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
TO SERVE: About 20 minutes before serving, unwrap beef and place on rack in broiler pan.
Set oven control to broil and/or 550°.
Broil beef with top about 3 inches from heat until medium doneness, 7 to 8 minutes on each side.
Prepare au jus mix as directed on package; stir in beef juices from the broiler pan.
Cut beef into thin slices; fill rolls with beef.
