Creamed Broiled Pike
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|White vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Whole pike||4 Pound (4 Pieces, 1 Pound Each)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine water, vinegar, and salt.
Wash fish in it; this will firm the fish.
Dry fish and split into halves.
Put skin side down in greased shallow baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour cream over fish.
Broil 6 inches from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
Do not turn.
