|Baking potatoes||12 Ounce (2 Medium Sized)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|American cheese slice||2 , halved|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
Let stand 5 minutes; peel and slice.
Meanwhile, in 9-inch baking dish, heat butter, green pepper and onion 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender; add sliced potatoes.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; stir into potatoes.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
Heat, covered, 5 to 6 minutes or until eggs are set, stirring twice.
Top with cheese; let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
