|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Scald 1 1/2 cups milk in the top of a double boiler over boiling water.
2. Mix the sugar, salt and cornstarch and blend it with 1/2 cup of cold milk. Slowly add this to the hot milk; simmer 10 minutes, stirring constandy. Cover and simmer 20 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
3. Blend in the vanilla. Remove from the hot water.
4. Rinse 6 individual molds or 1 larger mold with cold water. Pour the pudding into the molds and chill.
