|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Freshly ground white pepper||To Taste|
|Cooked bacon strip||2 , crumbled|
|Canned flaked crabmeat||6 Ounce, shell and cartilage removed (1 Can, Shredded Crabmeat)|
|Tart shell||28 Small (Tartlet Shells)|
Remove from heat and let cool.
Stir in eggs, cheese and seasoning.
Divide mixture between two bowls.
Add bacon to one mixture, crabmeat to the other.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Arrange Tartlet Shells on greased baking sheet.
Fill 14 shells with bacon mixture, 14 with crabmeat mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes.
