Green Peas Continental

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), halved
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Peas/2 cups frozen peas from a 1 1/2 pound bag 2 Pound, shelled to make 2 cups
  Pinon nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Melt butter or margarine with garlic in a medium-size saucepan; stir in the mustard, salt, water and fresh or frozen peas; cover.
2. Cook, stirring several times, 10 minutes or just until tender.
3. Remove garlic; spoon peas into serving dish; sprinkle nuts in a row down center.
