Ingredients
  Canned pinto beans/Kidney beans 16 Ounce, drained, reserve 1 tablespoon liquid (1 Can, Red Colored)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Taco chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Puree beans with liquid in blender or processor.
Heat enough oil to cover bottom of pan and fry beans until slightly browned, stirring constantly.
Mix in garlic.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
Accompany with taco chips.
