|Canned pinto beans/Kidney beans||16 Ounce, drained, reserve 1 tablespoon liquid (1 Can, Red Colored)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Taco chips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade)|
Puree beans with liquid in blender or processor.
Heat enough oil to cover bottom of pan and fry beans until slightly browned, stirring constantly.
Mix in garlic.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
Accompany with taco chips.
