Basic White Sauce Mix

|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk powder||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (non fat, dry)|
Blend all ingredients with a fork or pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse meal and is crumbly.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
