Ingredients
  Camembert cheese 1 1⁄3 Ounce (1/2 Wedge)
  Low fat cottage cheese 2 Tablespoon (From An 8 Ounce Carton)
  Ripe pears 2 Medium
  Boston lettuce leaves 4
  Canned low calories mandarin orange segments 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Mash Camembert cheese in a small bowl; blend in cottage cheese, chill.
2. Just before serving, halve pears lengthwise and core.
3. Place a half pear on each of four lettuce-lined serving plates; spoon cheese mixture into centers. Arrange mandarin orange segments around cheese mounds; sprinkle with grated orange rind.
