|Jam/Jelly||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Flatten each biscuit to 1/4 inch.
Place 1 tea spoon jam or jelly on half the biscuits; cover with remaining biscuits; seal edges well.
Fry in deep hot fat (375°) for 3 minutes on each side.
Drain on paper towels.
Dust each with confectioners' sugar, if you like.
