|Smoked salmon||1⁄4 Pound|
|Herring fillet||1⁄8 Pound|
|Hard cooked eggs||1|
Wash the cucumbers and cut each into about 8 round pieces.
Mix the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper, and marinate the cucumber pieces for 15 minutes.
Remove the cucumber.
Drain and dry it.
Finely chop the smoked salmon and herring.
Dice the shelled egg fine.
Mix this with the marinade from the cucumbers.
Add the horseradish.
Hollow out enough of the cucumber pieces to put the filling in.
Garnish with parsley and surround with tomato wedges.
