Marinated Cucumbers

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 3 Large
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar replacement 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Score cucumbers with tines of fork.
Cut into very thin slices.
Sprinkle with salt.
Chill 2 hours; drain well.
Sprinkle with sugar replacement; add vinegar and pepper.
Marinate 30 minutes or more before serving.
