Easy Homemade Biscuit Mix
|Mix||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (for board)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Blend the mix and milk together in a bowl.
Knead very lightly for 2 minutes.
Roll out on a lightly floured board 1/2 inch thick.
Cut into 1 1/2 inch rounds.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 425° F for 15 minutes.
