|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried whole oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Boneless sirloin steak||3 Pound|
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
Score steak 1/4 inch deep on both sides; rub in garlic mixture.
Place steak in a large shallow dish; cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
Grill over medium hot coals 12 to 15 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
