Steak Continental

Steak continental is a sirloin steak recipe. Grilled cooked with a garlic and oregano flavored marinade along with catsup and soy, the steak continental is easy to cook has a great blend of flavors that is perfect for party dinners.
Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried whole oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boneless sirloin steak 3 Pound
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
Score steak 1/4 inch deep on both sides; rub in garlic mixture.
Place steak in a large shallow dish; cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
Grill over medium hot coals 12 to 15 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
