Luscious Baked Fruit Compote

Ingredients
  Canned apricot halves 1 Pound, drained
  Canned purple plums 1 Pound, drained
  Canned peach halves 1 Pound, drained
  Thin orange slices 4 , halved
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In shallow baking dish, line up apricots and plums, alternate peach halves with orange slices.
Mix juice, sugar, and peel; pour over.
Drizzle butter over plums; sprinkle coconut over all.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
