Baked Fruit Compote Using Brown Sugar

Ingredients
  Black cherries 1 Can (10 oz), pitted (With Juice)
  Peaches 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (If Not Sweet Enough, Add 0.25 Cup More)
  Dried apricots 400 Gram (1 Box)
  Orange 1 , juiced
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Lemon 1 , rind grated and finely slivered

Directions

Place all ingredients in large baking dish; bake in 350°F oven 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Cook down until caramelized.
Serve cold, or, better still, reheated with sour cream or unsweetened whipped cream.
