Fruit Compote Supreme

Fruit compote supreme packs in the richness of peaches, orange peel and dark sweet cherries. Kids just love this fruit compote supreme, give it a try and make them happy!
Ingredients
  Canned peach slices 16 Ounce
  Dried apricots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Canned pitted dark sweet cherries 16 Ounce (Drained)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
In 10x6x2 inch baking dish combine undrained peach slices, dried apricots, brown sugar, grated orange peel, orange juice, grated lemon peel, and lemon juice.
Cover and bake compote at 350° for 45 minutes.
Gently stir in the dark sweet cherries.
Bake, covered, till cherries are heated through, about 15 minutes longer.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
