Baked Banana And Orange Compote
|Navel oranges||2 Large, peeled|
|Bananas||4 Large, peeled and cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cherries with stems||6|
Cut oranges into 1/4 inch slices; cut slices in half.
Arrange orange slices in bottom of a shallow casserole; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Dip bananas in orange juice; arrange over oranges.
Spoon remaining orange juice over fruit.
Bake at 400Â°F 15 minutes.
Serve warm in compote dishes; garnish with cherries.
