Warm Berry-Walnut Compote
|Raspberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diamond walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Orange flavored liqueur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In medium skillet, melt butter over low heat.
Cook and stir walnuts in butter 30 seconds.
Add strawberries; simmer 30 seconds.
Add liqueur, then raspberries and blueberries.
Spoon warm berry mixture into large wine glasses.
Top each serving with a small scoop of ice cream.
