Core apples; pare a strip off top of each.
If necessary, cut thin slice off bottom of pears so they'll stand upright.
Arrange apples, pears, and orange slices in electric skillet; fill apple centers with raisins.
Combine brown sugar and water; pour over fruits.
Bring to boiling; lower heat to simmering (about 220Â°) and cook covered 40 to 50 minutes or till done.
Baste with the syrup now and then.
