Drain juice from canned fruit into a saucepan, and add spices and lemon slices.
Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Strain the juice.
Peel and thinly slice pears into a serving bowl.
Add drained peaches and plums.
Coyer with hot spiced juices, and chill in refrigerator.
Just before serving, add peeled sliced bananas.
