Baked Rhubarb Compote

|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Red vegetable coloring||2 Drop|
|Washed and diced rhubarb||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Dissolve sugar in water in casserole.
Add orange juice and vegetable coloring.
Add rhubarb, cover dish and bake at 350Ã‚Â°F. about 20 minutes.
This dish is best served chilled.
