Baked Rhubarb Compote

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Red vegetable coloring 2 Drop
  Washed and diced rhubarb 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve sugar in water in casserole.
Add orange juice and vegetable coloring.
Add rhubarb, cover dish and bake at 350°F. about 20 minutes.
This dish is best served chilled.
