Tropical Fruit Compote

Ingredients
  Finely grated lemon zest 1
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Light rum/Orange liqueur 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly grated ginger/1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mango 1 , peeled and pitted
  Papaya 1 , peeled, seeded
  Kiwi fruit 2 , peeled
  Cubed pineapple 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice the papaya and mango into cubes.
2. Slice the kiwi fruit into cubes.

MAKING
3. Take a medium size saucepan and mix together pineapple juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, rum, honey, and ginger.
4. Bring it to boil on medium high heat. And boil for 1 minute.
5. Mix the prepared fruits in a bowl and add the syrup on the top.
6. Let it cool at room temperature along with the fruits.

SERVING
7. Serve chilled in a colorful platter.
