Ingredients
  Canned sliced peaches 29 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned pineapple chunks 29 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned sliced pears 29 Ounce, sliced (1 Can)
  Mandarin oranges 29 Ounce (1 Can)
  Mango slices 29 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned mixed fruit 29 Ounce (1 Can, For Use In Salads)
  Canned maraschino cherries/Canned bing cherries 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed
  Amaretto/Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon (According To Taste)
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon (According To Taste)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon (According To Taste)
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon (According To Taste)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Bananas 4 , sliced
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Drain all canned fruits; add raisins.
Mix well with brown sugar, amaretto or sherry, ginger, curry, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Dot with butter; bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Add bananas; bake for 15 minutes more.
Keep basting during baking.
