Warm Apple Compote With Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Crisp apples 4 , cored, and cut into 3/8"-thick slices (Such As Fuji / Braeburn / Gala)
  Low fat frozen vanilla yogurt/Soy alternative 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped toasted pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the brown sugar and nutmeg and stir until smooth.
Add the apples, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes, or until the apples are tender.
Spoon the apples into dessert bowls.
Top with the frozen yogurt and pecans.
