Summer Baked Fruit Compote
|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut peaches, apricots and plums into large chunks and place in 8-inch (2 L) square baking dish; sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 20 minutes.
Stir in strawberries and blueberries; bake for about 10 minutes or until fruit is tender.
Let cool to room temperature.
(Compote can be covered and refrigerated for up to 5 days.)
