Papaya & Pineapple Compote
|Canned mandarin oranges||11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Seedless grapes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Peel and remove seeds from papaya.
Peel and core pineapple.
Cut each fruit into bite-size pieces.
In a medium-size bowl, gently mix together papaya, pineapple, oranges, and grapes.
Cover and chill, if made ahead.
At the table, pass bowls of sour cream and granola, if desired, to spoon atop individual servings.
