MIX apples, cranberries, juice, wine, honey and cinnamon stick halves in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours or until liquid is absorbed and fruit is tender.
Remove and discard cinnamon stick halves.
Ladle compote into bowls.
Serve warm, at room temperature or chilled with scoop of frozen yogurt.
Garnish with additional cinnamon sticks, if desired.
