Fruit Compote

Ingredients
  Assorted dried fruits 12 Ounce (Such As Peaches, Figs, Apples, Pears, Prunes, 375 Grams)
  Water 8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Caster sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place dried fruit, water, cinnamon, lemon rind, sugar and brandy in a microwave-safe bowl and cook on HIGH (100%) for 3-5 minutes, or until fruit is tender, stir once during cooking or simmer in saucepan over a low heat for 20 minutes.
