Exotic Dried Fruit Compote

|No soak dried peaches||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Generous Amount)|
|No soak dried apricots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pineapple chunks||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), dried|
|No soak dried mango slices||2 Ounce (55 Gram)|
|Unsweetened clear apple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Put the dried fruit into a small pan with the apple juice. Bring slowly to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Spoon into serving dishes. Serve at once.
