Exotic Dried Fruit Compote

Ingredients
  No soak dried peaches 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Generous Amount)
  No soak dried apricots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pineapple chunks 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), dried
  No soak dried mango slices 2 Ounce (55 Gram)
  Unsweetened clear apple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Put the dried fruit into a small pan with the apple juice. Bring slowly to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Spoon into serving dishes. Serve at once.
