Elegant Yogurt Compote

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Preferably Homemade Fresh Yogurt)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Unsweetened coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced apricots 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh, Soaked Dried / Home Canned)
  Grated apples 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almond extract 3 Drop
  Broken walnuts/Other nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Stir the ingredients together in the order given. You may reserve part of the toasted coconut to sprinkle on each individual serving.
Chill several hours before serving.
