Fig And Melon Compote

Ingredients
  Freshly squeezed orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly squeezed lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh mint 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Seeded diced melon 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cantaloupe Or Crenshaw)
  Fresh fig 2 Ounce, cut in half and sliced (1 Large Sized)
Directions

1. In medium mixing bowl combine first 4 ingredients, stirring to dissolve honey; add melon and fig and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate until flavors blend, at least 30 minutes.
2. To serve, into each of two 6-ounce dessert dishes spoon half of the fruit mixture and garnish each portion with a mint sprig.
