Mixed Fruit Compote

Ingredients
  Freshly squeezed orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 1 Tablespoon (Without White Pith)
  Assorted fresh fruits 3 Pound (Apricots, Apples, Cantaloupes, Honeydew Melons, Pears, Bananas, Plums, Peaches, Nectarines, Grapes, Mangos, Papayas, And So On)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (More Or Less To Taste And According To Sweetness Of Fruit Available)
  Orange liqueur/Cherry / anise liqueur 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Pour juices and lemon peel into a large bowl.
2. Wash fruit, peel, and core or pit. Grapes should be halved and seeds removed. Cut all fruits into bite-sized pieces and combine with fruit juices, coating well to avoid darkening.
3. Add sugar to taste (you may wish to omit sugar completely), and liqueur. Cover and refrigerate several hours or even overnight, stirring several times to blend well.
