Hot Blackcurrant Compote
|Blackcurrants||1 Pound (500 Grams)|
|Liquid honey||4 Tablespoon|
|Freshly squeezed orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
1. Place all the ingredients in a pan and cook very gently for about 15 minutes, until softened.
2. Remove the geranium leaves, if used. Leave to cool slightly, then spoon into individual glass dishes.
