Sauced Fruit Compote
|Bananas||3 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Canned apricots in juice||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned pear halves in juice||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned pineapple chunks in juice||15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned unsweetened applesauce||15 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Arrange sliced banana in a single layer in an 8-inch square baking dish; sprinkle lemon juice over banana.
Combine apricots, pears, pineapple, and applesauce; toss gently.
Spoon over banana.
Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve warm
