Sauced Fruit Compote

Ingredients
  Bananas 3 Medium, peeled and sliced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Canned apricots in juice 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned pear halves in juice 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned pineapple chunks in juice 15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned unsweetened applesauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange sliced banana in a single layer in an 8-inch square baking dish; sprinkle lemon juice over banana.
Combine apricots, pears, pineapple, and applesauce; toss gently.
Spoon over banana.
Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve warm
